Namaste & kisses from Pokhara, dear Friends 🙏
I arrived here just in time for the Nepalese New Year — yes, I’m in 2081! 🎉 Perfect divine timing to begin the 21-Day Transformational Integral Yoga with my beloved Master, Sri Kendra Prakash. Introduced to him by my dear friend and partner Prof Raja Jasveer Kaur of HealthForest ES, I felt an instant Soul recognition. It was immediate and deep, as if something ancient within me had just remembered.
From the very first day, I sensed the enormous potential of this practice — a path for those who truly dare to go beyond the surface and meet their Fearless Infinite Light Self. Master Kendra teaches through living experience, guiding us to come out of the layers of clouds, to be free from all ideas, beliefs, and conditions, and to open to the eternal. To experience the true light within, to live the reality that is simple, effortless, and always here and now. His method is pure yoga — a living synthesis of tantra, mantra, yantra, kundalini, meditation, and practical embodiment of the Divine.
Each day in Pokhara has been a revelation. My heart is full as I work from this beautiful spiritual home — Dorje’s Resort and Spa — a true oasis for my mind, body, and soul. The owners are wonderful, the staff kind and attentive; it truly feels like home away from home. As I move through the asanas, mantras, and deep energetic processes at GN Reiki Meditation Center, I’m discovering the truth behind Buddha’s words: pain is inevitable, but suffering is optional. Whether those words were his or not, they now echo through my being.

I’m allowing Divine Light to permeate me with grace, experiencing what is — with faith that what is always serves the highest good. This program is not for the faint of heart. It is for the brave souls who wish to transcend duality, who are ready to dissolve attachments to pain, and who are willing to allow the Light to burn through illusion. Each session is a doorway; the sesame opens through surrender, through the willingness to face both suffering and stillness.
By Day 7, I felt a profound ease in my body, a deep falling in love with the process itself. The Light manifests more and more within me as I allow it to shine through me, for me, for all. I now taste it everywhere — in the food I eat, in the gentle eyes of puppies around me, in the quiet laughter that bubbles from the heart. Immense gratitude to my dear friend Raja Jasveer for introducing me to this path and to The Juicery Café staff for nourishing my body so beautifully during these intense weeks.
By Day 11, something shifted. I began transcending duality in real time — not as theory, but as lived experience. The attachments, the mental noise, the fears, they started dissolving in the quiet fire of awareness. Grace flows where resistance once lived. And in the midst of all this, the universe sent a reminder of innocence: our young teacher, little Babu — four and a half years old, an ancient soul in a tiny body — joined the session that day. His joy and wisdom made the lesson complete.

Now, as I reach Day 16, I can feel the transformation running deep. I’ve tested my limits and gone beyond them — far beyond. There were moments when I wanted to quit, but the Light within kept calling me deeper. Each day is filled with revelations, both through pain and through peace. The practice purifies every layer of being — physical, pranic, mental, psychic — cleansing through ancient chants, syllables, breath, and stillness. Every pose, every sound, every release becomes an offering to the Divine within.
This 21-day process has been multidimensional, touching every fiber of my existence. The deeper I surrender, the more I feel my true Self emerging — vast, luminous, free. The teachings are ancient, yet alive, universally applicable, and profoundly human. I’ve learned that the greatest teachers never ask for worship; they guide you back to your own Divinity. They point to the Guru within, reminding you that the Light you seek is the Light you already are.
I now bow — and I do not bow easily — before a true Guru, a humble and embodied being of radiant wisdom. Sri Kendra Prakash is more than a teacher; he is a living embodiment of the Divine Light guiding others to their own Source. His purpose is clear and beautiful: to awaken us to who we truly are. The Light we activate within ourselves becomes the path before us, illuminating the way with effortless expansion.
Through this journey I’ve come to live what Deepak Chopra once called “a spontaneous fulfillment of desires.” It isn’t about striving; it’s about aligning. When Light leads, everything unfolds with grace.
As this chapter of my 21-day journey nears completion, I feel endless gratitude — to my Master, to my Friend Raja Jasveer, to the team at HealthForest ES, and to Life itself. Every breath feels sacred, every cell alive with remembrance.
Thank you, Guru Sri Antaryogi Chaitanya, Master Sri Kendra Prakash 🙏💜
It will be my joy and honor to share your work with the world, to bring your Light to those ready to awaken. Dear Friends, stay tuned — this is only the beginning.
Namaste, with love and radiant Light from Pokhara 🌞💚
