Tzatziki Style Greek Soy Yogurt Sauce

Ingredients
  

TZATZIKI SAUCE:

  • - 1 big box of greek soy yogurt (unsweetened), the one I use is 400 ml
  • - Juice of half lemon or lime
  • - 0.5 tsp himalayan salt
  • - ¼ tsp cayenne
  • - 1 tbsp chopped mint leaves
  • - ½ green cucumber chopped (about 200 g)
  • - 1 clove of garlic crushed
  • - 0.5 tsp ground cumin (optional)

Instructions
 

  • METHOD:
    Crush the garlic, chop mint leaves & cucumber, mix it all together with other ingredients.
