100% Plant Based

Course Dip / Spread / Sauce

Servings 5 servings

- 500 g cooked large beans
- 1 cup of sunflower seeds
- 2 medium garlic cloves
- 1 medium sized red onion
- 3 tbsp of extra virgin olive oil (if you want to go fat free, replace it with water)
- ½ cup of filtered water
- ½ tsp himalayan salt

METHOD:
Place the garlic, onion with oil or water and saute it for 5-10 minutes. Add the sauted ingredients and all the remaining ingredients into a blender and blend for 1-2 minutes.
Serve as a dip or spread, however you like it, enjoy!
